FASD Awareness month is coming to a close like it began: with a new cosponsor! Rep. Brandon Williams of New York’s 22nd district signed on as a cosponsor to HR.3946, the FASD Respect Act, four days after meeting with constituent Sarah Hamersma and other advocates from New York. This meeting was one of nearly 50 meetings that took place during Hill Day as part of FASD Impact Week in Washington, DC, on September 17th. Thank you to Rep.
