FASD Respect Act – Status Update

In April 2021, the NOFAS policy team, FASD leaders and advocates, and legislative staff updated the language of the Advancing FASD Research, Services, and Prevention Act. In May 2021 the Act is now being reviewed by the bill authors. After all inputs and changes, the bill will be sent to the Office of the Legislative Counsel and for technical assistance by Federal Agencies affected by the legislation.
